Shipping policy

Kurti Mania offers free shipping on all products. You can expect to receive your order within 7 working days. However, there may be a delay in some cases. We'll send an email to you with tracking details once we ship your order. Also, you will get an SMS when your order will be out for delivery.

Refund policy

Kurti Mania offers a very flexible Return & Exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with the order, you can easily return/exchange the product by sending an original product image on kurtimania@yahoo.com or on Facebook Messenger. A request has to be raised within 7 days of delivery, and the product has to be in the original & unused state. 
Once the product has been picked up, the Refund is processed on the next working day. For refund amount, you can share your Bank details, UPI, Google Pay, Paytm or PhonePay details.
